As a former driver and reading the account of the tanker being tipped over. I dont think Mr Blount had a chance, I hoped he did not suffer. As for the Train Crew my condolences as well. <br /> <br />It is time for all involved to consider a retaining wall along the edge of the road to keep traffic from getting near the train in the future. Concrete is cheap life is not.
