The single track that runs down I-95 in Pa and Delaware is CSX. Its the old B&O main line from Washington to Philly. <br /> <br />The NEC (Amtrak) is a bit off of I95 and can be seen in Delaware if you use 495. It does cross under I95 in PA around the Blue Route. It also cross under I95 in Wilmington, De and in Maryland just sount of the Delaware and Maryland state line.
