By the way, who gave you the authority to tell me what to do?</p> <p>In the case of the discussion about what will replace coal, the monitor got 14 comments re: the direction the discussion was taking, which was irrelevant to the presenting topic, and he rightly locked it.</p> <p>I did not recommend that the discussion be locked.
