In the case of the discussion about what will replace coal, the monitor got 14 comments re: the direction the discussion was taking, which was irrelevant to the presenting topic, and he rightly locked it. I did not recommend that the discussion be locked.  I did not recommend that this discussion be shut down. I recommended that the what will replace coal discussion get back to the presenting topic. I noted that it was time to end this discussion because of the wildly speculative comments that totally missed the mark. Goodnight!
