The Bible is "The Official Railway Equipment Register published by R. E. R. Publishing Corporation, 10 Lake Drive, Hightstown NJ 08520-5397. Phone 800-221-5488.

The list of reporting marks and owners is 11 pages of two cloumns of small type. The book gives physical dimensions of every car plus car service rules and all kinds of technical stuff about how to register cars and get marks. It is at least 1000 pages and I suspect costs serious money.

If you have a friendly short line around they may be willing to show it to you.

Gee Ed, thanks for letting me get one.

Mac
