gdc, Have you ever thought of teaching a Business Class at a College or Univercity? You would make a good teacher. <br /> Is demurrage charged to the rail customer by the Railroad company or the car owner? I noticed that some cars are not owned by a major railroad. If there is a large amount of Arbitraries owed by a shipper who gets the money, the railroad or the car owner? <br /> TIM A
