I wouldn't be surprised if others followed suit. It was a nice run.  But I think this little dance has come to an end.[/quote] Zugmann, When I said, “He is not permitted to dodge his responsibility because he thinks there are too many variables,” I was referring to the engineer of the oil train, not to you.  But I can see that it could be interpreted either way.  I don’t consider you to be dodging any responsibility.
