<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">Maybe I should clarify that the fire I was referring to above (and the article refers to) was not the big fire where the tank cars piled up. No, the fire mentioned above happened before the train ran away. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">So the engineer/conductor parked the train, set the brakes, and checked into a hotel for the night. Next thing you know someone sees that his locomotive is on fire and they call the fire department and they show up along with another employee from the railroad’s engineering department. Whatever they did about the fire on the locomotive, the train rolled away shortly afterward. </span> </p>
