Hi, I am looking for information on the Ohio South Central and the Cincinatti East Terminal Railway
Primarily what towns they server and what industries they serve.
I do know that the OSC (Don't know the exact reporting mark) is owned by Terry Respondek, while the CCET (I think that's the reporting mark) is owned by Pioneer
Ohio South Central (Respondek) took over the the former USRail/ Jackson & Southern operation at Jackson, Ohio (Ex B&O/ DTI line spun off to Great Miami RR)
Vinton/Dundas/Jackson/Hamden/Keystone/Monroe/Eifort - County owns the underlying RR and US Rail pretty much ran off what online business was left.
CCET is ex- N&W & PRR running in the industrial east bottoms of Cincy, to Newtown thru Red Bank and old Clare Yard, west end of N&W's old P-Vine as far east as Afton. (25+ miles ....Not Pioneer Railcorp)
UPDATE: Norfolk Southern just filed today to mothball the 40 miles immediately to the east of this from Williamsburg to Plum Run (no business on the line)...AB290_370(x)
[includes the stations of Eastwood, Mt. Oreb, Sardinia, Mowrystown, Macon, Winchester, Seaman, Lawshe, Peebles, and Plum Run, Wiliamsburg proper is still in service]
CCET, LLC 337 Grain Terminal Road Suite 2014 Burbank, Washington 99323 (AG Services Firm) = Owner (Brinkman Somers investment Co (BSI, Houston TX))
