So adding some Prime Rib and a few cuts of Porterhouse, N. Y. Strip, Rib Eye, etc., and some nice seafood like shrimp scallops, and some "tail" (lobster of course) [:o)] should do the trick. We can order some nice size baked potatoes and add some simple desserts that look realy fanstatic but are simple to make like Strawberries Galliano .

Sounds like a plan to me. AND we can even use the new outdoor balcony that overlooks the mainline and passenger depot. [:D] It is really a nice place to eat after dark with the candles on the tables and dim lighting that add to the atmosphere. I really think the more romantic will enjoy it much.

Well off I go.

Everyone Take Care

PS CW I love the new cook's moto. [:D]
