Wisconsin railroad commissioner talks about UP's decision to fund crossing safety in the state. Also mentions that more coal is to move on Adams line, Eau Claire line going north being sold by UP. Mentions how Japan's bullet trains have transported over 4 billion people without a fatality.

huh, hadn't heard about that UP was going to sell the line North of Eau Claire. Will have to keep my ears open for more on that.
