Evenin' all. Been a LONG week. Went to our Rochelle plant for a week on 3rd shift. When we went in on Sunday night after 100 degree day, it was 117 on the 8th floor. That cement tower building just absorbed sunshine all weekend. I lost 11 lbs. in 3 days. By the time I made the 65 mile trip home (30 being in construction zones) did the 3 "s" I was just to pooped to stop in to the Diner. <br />The crew wasn't too receptive to new stupidvisor coming in, so that made for a fun week.Engli***o Spanish dictionary was needed.[banghead] [soapbox] If you're going to live in this country, and work an 11 dollar an hour job, learn the language and don't give me that "deer in the headlights look" when I tell you to do something! Sorry! <br />Just venting frustrations. <br />Anyway, am back home to work at Erie this week on days so now I can readjust my sleep schedule once again and try to catch up on work around the house. We mowed the dirt today, just to even up the weeds and watergrass. Watched Cubs game in AC this afternoon. [banghead] *** rattlesnakes! <br />Well, am going to try and go to sleep. Maybe if I count freight cars instead of sheep I can crash. Will try to stop in catch up with all the news (and juicy gossip) over a cup of coffee and get some REAL breakfast. Willy, over and out!
