Jay will you be in Janesville tomorrow for the Open House at W&S? I will be there around noon (nap time). I saw a few UP units on W&S rails the other day. They were on the Janesville to milton line and heading into Janesville. Question: Do Class 1's have rights to use shortlines? If so why did they get rid of the lines in the first place?
