Hey, just dropped in for the first time. I heard about the great "chow" and sorta eaves dropped on some neat talk. Then, I heard some mention of the "Third Movement of Tchaikovsky's Pathetique" and whoa, that did it! So, if you guys don't mind, I'll grab a seat at that table next to the kitchen door and "rest my weary bones" a spell. Is it true this was a Fred Harvey House Dining Room "once upon a time?" I never could afford to eat at "Fred's" joint when it was running "full tilt." I used to gaulk through the windows of Harvey's in the K.C., Mo Union Station as a kid. The "Harvey Girl's" had put on some weight since the "Golden Years." Really, they looked more like "The Golden Girls" but who can blame 'em? All that great food, every day...I'd would've "taken the calorie count" (ten and you're out!) in a year.

If there's room for one more, would you kindly bring me that "Tex Mex" platter I heard so much about? Looks like I'm going to have some time in the "Devils Workshop" since some surgery I had today. I can't think of a better place to 'mend' than where folks love their creosote and "grease" all in one dose. Don't fret any 'cause I can take a hint real nice if anyone gets a "hot box" or a "flat wheel" over my palaver. As Roy Rogers once said, "Happy [T]rails to you and may the good Lord take a lichen to you," or something like that. Hope to talkatcha real steady, Ted
