My numbers in the cost estimate are just a wild extrapolation. But I don't find any cost data for an average overpass if there is any such thing. I would imagine that total cost comparisions for overpasses, crossing improvements, etc. is an extremely complex computation. But I would assume that an average overpass is many times the cost of the maximum crossing protection upgrade. </span></span></p>
