The landcouple said to call, even in the middle of the night, but I wouldn't do that to even the neighbors if I knew they were asleep. So..... My solution is to keep a diary - and if it happens again - I will have a running record of the offenses. Then submit to landcouple and neighbors are history. I am trying to be fair as possible. A little noise is to be expected. And, hey, they were told to keep down the stereo in the car, so when they went out to listen to it, you could hear it a lot less!
