It would make a great IPO it would have plenty of shareholers lining up for shares and stock certficuts..

Well a visit to the Kalambach site would indicate that it is a privately held company, be it family, trust, or whatever. Most public companies have shareholder info on their website, such as annual reports and such. I did not see that there. Based on that, I would probably say any shares are private issue and not openly traded.

Looks like you might need to marry in. Better use the cans to get a haircut and shave.
