Morning all. [8D] From the Today in History site: June 3 1946 The first bikini bathing suit is displayed in Paris. 1969 The last episode of Star Trek, titled "Turnabout Intruder," airs on NBC-TV. 1980 ESPN begins televising College World Series games. KevMacMan should like the item from 1946. You know as a youngster I remember watching the "old" shows of Star Trek when they were first aired. I thought they were really neat then. Now after all the newer Star Trek, Star Wars, and other space shows the old Star Trek props look soooooo like cardboard with light stuck in them. My my, how time changes our ideas of things.
