Cook on the outdoor grill. I LOVE IT COOKED THIS WAY. Man it it sooooo good. And you can do the same with califlower and I think the califlower is even better. People tell me they don't like broccoli or califlower but will try this and eat it. The aroma is fantastic and the taste is knee slapping good. On a pizza they are great, raw and dipped in ranch dressing is pretty good too. I like many vegies except squash. Now acorn squash baked with brown sugar and lots of butter is ok.
