Thank you for the update.  Found some articles on google about the bridges and trestles.  They say the Henley bridge is okay to walk over; but supposedly teenagers used to have parties on the Gasconade trestle; and set fires on it.

I was in Owensville in 1990 when they were still running a train to the chemical plant, there.  I imagine it was quite an interesting walk.  Understand that they did away with the railroad overpass in Versailles.
