A former ATSF SD45-2 has been rebuilt into a SD32ECO BNSF #1352. Surprisingly, unlike UP's SD60M ECO rebuilds with the 12-710 that got SD70M-style flares, this ECO rebuild still retains it's original SD45-2 radiator section, fuel tank other original external features and thus still looks like a SD45-2.

WOW, isn't she shiny and pretty!!!!
Likely it has been rebuilt similarly to CP's SD30C-ECOs, and only meets Tier 0+, rather than the Tier 2+ of the UP's rebuilds. The rebuilding to lower fuel consumption and to reduce parts inventories, rather than primarily to reduce exhaust emissions.
