I would submit that the premise alone of the Nevada crash was a relatively weak link in the whole process. But I think we have to be fair and not heap all the presumed blame upon the weakest link yet. The driver of the truck could very well have been "sober, awake, and intelligent," as you say. If so, then we have to look at some of the other less weak links to understand what happened in Nevada.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></p>
