I want to locate and purchase reproduction aluminum cast or brass cast builder plates or railroad heralds. A few years back, I was attending the local train show in Harrisonburg, virginia and there was a vendor there that had these cast aluminum railroad herald signs. I should have purchased one then now I can kick myself of course for not getting it at the time I saw it. Does anyone know the person that sold these or anyone that sells them.
Do a search of the internet for them; I entered, "Cast Locomotive Builder" in Google and got several hits for both Real and replica builders plates.
