With all the turmoil with Amtrak funding, I have to ask the question, WHO is paying for this Penn Station thing? I am neither for, or against it, but I do know that projects like this run millions of dollars. Has Amtrak got a "Swiss bank account" that nobody knows about?? <br />Todd C.
