The author totally forgot about how the term "Red Carpet Treatment" refers to the New York Central's practice of rolling out a red carpet on the platform when the <i>20th Century Limited</i> called at Grand Central Terminal in New York (and possibly at Chicago, I don't know) for the passengers.<br></p>
