Thanks for your reply. I realize that forum infornation must be taken with a grain of salt. Do you think that the participants would be reluctant to take a test or submit a knowledge/ experiance resume as it might discredit their views? For the truly knowledgable people it might be rewarding. Just a thought. Ron
