It sounds terrific, but I'd want to see who's tracks they operate over and whether the agreement is assignable (transferable) to a new owner, otherwise you could end up with a terrific train and no place to run it. Also, I'd need to see real financials proving the concept works. A lot fewer people have the ca***o spend on this sort of thing since the stock markets have crashed over the past few years... <br /> <br />I'd do this stuff even if I won the lottery. Been burned by too many "good" ideas along the way I guess...reality sucks doesn't it. <br /> <br />LC
