<p>I'm guessing there was too much power at one yard and not enough elsewhere...</p><p>And the rear headlight was on as a marker. Actually, it was on dim. Markers are required on mainline trains facing backwards on the last car. These can be a flag (in the daytime), a FRED, and EOT (there is a difference, a FRED just flashes while an EOT transmits brake pressure, speed, etc to the lead locomotive), or in this case, a trailing locomotive's headlights set on dim. <br></p>
