Last evening while watching Amtrak's Illinois Zephyr come westbound into Naperville on its way to Galesburg and eventually its terminus at Quincy, IL...what do you suppose we saw bringing up the markers in an extremely rare occurrence but private observation car "Silver Foot".  Not only is it rare to see a private car on Amtrak these days but especially on this train, given its relatively short total journey out of Chicago.
