Does anyone know ANYTHING about Safe Handling Rail Inc.?(Rockland, Maine)

Maine Eastern is owned by the M&E (Morristown & Erie RR) of NJ. They operate the line under contract with MDOT. Recently MDOT funded a significant upgrade of the line in hopes of eventual Amtrak passenger service over the line.
