Here is a link http://www.bullsheet.com/news/freights.html to CSX freight trains listed on the Bull Sheet. It will take some digging on your part because they are listed by train symbol. But if you click on the symbol you will see the train's route and schedule. You can pick out the ones that run on the Cap Sub and construct a spread sheet timetable. Unscheduled trains have no times, of course, but they still show the route. It will be a lot of work, but you might find it fun.
