I agree with jhhtrainsplanes--for passenger service: THE ALCO PA!!!! All paint schemes look better on a PA than any other diesel, ever! My favorite is one in UP Armour Yellow (I'm not sure UP had any PA's, but it still looks neat). But for my all time favorite, I am forced to agree with Puckdropper: The Alco RSC-2. I haven't yet compared a girl to it, but any railroad which purchased one got a dependable, hard working locomotive which pulled its weight and earned its keep. And besides, those 3-axle trucks just look neat! See you around the forums, Daniel
