You were exactly where you needed to be for Santa Fe junction. With the 23rd St. viaduct closed due to contruction, it is a little confusing, but if you follow the road that goes west of Kemper south(does that make sense?), right before you go up the ramp to 23rd St., there is a road on the right. You may have been confused since right at the entrance to the road there is a sign for the parking lot that is right there. If you follow the road as it curves a little, you'll run right in to the junction. Just keep the railroad bridge in sight(KCT/UP) and you can't miss it. There is also a way in from Southwest Blvd., but it is a little more complicated if you don't live here!! Terry
