I saw one time a Dash 9 that was in Conrail Blue Paint but it said LMS. What dose LMS stand for?

A Google search doesn't turn up anything with the letters LMS related to trains.

Locomotive Management Services - GE and Conrail joint operation to lease locomotives in the 90's.
