Is it possible to get high definition files of the trackside pictures? Some of them are great and would be awesome to pring and frame for personal display (not for resale obviously).

 I dont know for sure ,and someone may correct me but,pictures are posted from third party sites such as flicker,railimages etc..and most of these sites require less than 3 megapixel or at least the ones Ive tried do...The best way to get them is takem yourself..

I think the OP means the photos in the Trackside with Trains.com feature... Those are hosted on the Trains.com site, as is this forum.
