I have not really kept up with their status since visiting them in the 1970s, but I see there is another thread on LS&I replacing their U30Cs. The Copper Country of the Keweenaw Peninsula of the Upper Peninsula has no active railroads, but it sure has an intriguing historical legcy of what once was a railroad/mining empire.
