Question: Are you using Outlook Express for mail? <br /> <br />There is a setting in the tools---> Accounts "Delete mail from server when retrieving" or something like that. This may not be working on your mail server. This has happened to me a few times. I had to finally access my mail via my providers web mail service to delete the mail I had already downloaded. <br /> <br />I would check with your provider.
