UP engines on CSX trains in Maryland

Hmm. And here I sit looking at a picture of Greenbrier West virginia with a giant UP passenger train in the mid 50's loading passengers. <br /> <br />I would imagine those are run thru power. I find my mainline full of UP, MP, CSX NS et cetc. However I must observe that so far there is not one comment about the CN engines that run far south far from Canada. <br /> <br />At one time the Baltimore and Ohio sent a 2-10-2 S class steam engine on a demonstration run thru central and western US. That engine did very well with the large trains of the day. The folks out west must've muttered the B and WHAT? =)
