We have three kinds of ownership pertaining to this discussion: </p><ol><li>Government owned - AKA Amtrak, US Postal Service, e.g. taxpayer abysses</li><li>Privately owned but with publicly traded securities - Wall Street stuff, anyone can buy and sell the stocks and bonds</li><li>Privately owned but <em>not </em>with publicly traded securities - Washington Companies, Swift, now US Express.</li></ol>
