The estimated cost at that time was 4 billion dollars. As I mentioned in another thread, about half the cost was due to providing the clearance for a 50KV catennary over doublestacks. </p><p>[/quote]</p><p>Yet another reason to go to single stack operations!<span class="smiley">[;)]</span></p>
