When the Station Officer in Helena was asked by the Helena Newspaper about what caused this to happen he was quoted as saying " It was because of the Monkeys Running Loose."</p><p>No, as you can see this is not a Hobo-Deraugatory Comment, The Helena Newspaper Website has this in their archives, and you can get a copy of that issue as long as you pay the required fee! </p>
