Woman being 'silly' hit by freight train.
From Yahoo! news. As soon as I heard that a bottle of whiskey was involved...less explaining was needed. Hopefully she learns from this. I hope the crew can move beyond this.

Oh no its the railroads fault there should have been a fence along the tracks and my god man look how far she was thrown that train must have been going hundreds of miles an hour think of the children! She signaled the engineer to stop the train clearly reved its engines and sped up. we are currently seeking eleventy billion dollars for damages

Minus attorney's fees, of course.
She's probably not the brightest even when she is sober! I'll bet she doesn't know how lucky she is to be still alive.

So lets see if I understand...
whiskey = stupid/"silly" = being hit by freight train = lawyer/lawsuit = money = more whiskey = more stupidity & silliness = ???
CC
She drank an entire BOTTLE of whiskey and no one saw fit to take her to the hospital for possible alcohol poisoning???
Amazing stuff alcohol, turns the body into rubber so you can avoid serious injury like getting hit by a train!
If she had been killed she'd be a perfect candidate for a Darwin Award
Have fun with your trains
You're probobly right Mr. Ash! Of course, isn't it illigal to wave down a train for no good reason? Just like calling 911 just to be silly, but of course the lawyer's going to overlook that!
