Today I saw a meet of the following.... Amtrak AEM7 - Northbound on the NEC Amtrak Acela Exp - Southbound on the NEC Setpa Regional - Southbound on the NEC This happened about 2000 feet south of the Wilmington Amtrak Station. All 3 tracks were in use. The Septa train was seating while the 2 Amtrak trains passed. The Septa train sat for about 15 minutes after the pass and then reverse course and returned to the station, instead of continuing south to Newark, DE.
