Such is the plan for dredging the Snake and Clearwater Rivers out this way.</p><p>Or are you saying that temporarily stirring up what's embedded in the muck causes pollution? I'm sure the boys at the EPA forgot that when they ordered the dredging of the Hudson River to remove GE's dioxin.</p><p>Seems like you're suggesting that it's bad to dredge <em>for</em> navigation, but okay to dredge if it's <em>not</em> for navigation.</p>
