Seems to me that my community strives a bit too hard to stay one step ahead of the game, my suspicions are that "politically well connected paving contractors" have more to do with that than any real forward thinking vision is concerned.</p><p> </p><p>We've got a lot of 4 lane roads to nowhere, around my area </p>
