O scale low angle photos in Trackside Photos

There were two guys who took a lot of low angle photos of super-detailed O scale trains in Trackside Photos and even won some awards in the MR photo contest maybe 20 years ago and I just can't find them.
Any idea of the names so I can look through my back issues for some inspiration for my O scale layout I am starting to build?
