Railscanning in Pa

  • Hi, is there any websites pertaining to scanner frequencies of railroads in Pennsylvania. We're going on vacation this summer and would like to monitor tha Class 1's. We plan on being in the Scranton, Strasburg, Altoona areas.
    thanks

  • A search on "Pennsylvania Frequencies" and/or "Pennsylvania railroad frequencies" should be productive. One good site not limited to railroads is the Long Island Scanning Guide. Sorry - don't have the URL handy, but it will show up. Just be patient as you look through your results.

The PA folks on the forum may have some more specific resources for you. I know I've seen some good lists in the past for the area.
