I didn't necessarily get EVERYTHING I wanted, but here are the pics of the three 4400s I got. (I did take pics of them on my new Kodak C300, but I can't figure out how to load them to your PC). These were taken with my five-year-old PV-L779 Camera by Panasonic! Man, can't wait to use my C300!! Here:

Merry Christmas to one and all

I hope everyone enjoys this day to be with family and friends. I got stuck having to work tomorrow so my normal trip to Missouri to be with family won't happen this year, such is life at the railroad. [:(] Sometimes working for the railroad isn't all it is cracked up to be. [:(!]

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this day and cheri***his time with your family and friends. What, no one got any UP locos, what is up with that? LOL Well, I see plenty of yellow anyway, plus lots of others too. [;)]

I got a UP engine for Christmas!!!!! A Kato AC4400CW!! I love it!!

Sounds like a lot of us made a good haul this year! I still don't know exactly what I want for Christmas, so I just asked for cash. I'm going to save it until I find something special to spend it on (train related of course).

Richard, I love the BNSF AC4400 with the new logo!! I'm considering getting one myself, but it doesn't really fit in on my shortline layout. I dunno though, it really does look neat. [sigh] Choices, Choices, Choices.......

I'm guessing that the quality of the pictures in the shop here is going to go up soon, with all the new cameras out there! Right now I have an okay one, but I may ask for a camera for next Christmas. By then I'll have probably about worn this one out.....

Well guys, not a whole lot new on the Wisconsin Front. Although, I may get to go railfanning tomorrow. Problem is that they are predicting mostly cloudy weather. Ah well, maybe it will lighten up a little tomorrow, or be sunny anyway.

I love my new AC440! I am now in the process of putting the Kato details as well as some others on it!!! Then to break it in [:D]

Merry Christmas all! Sounds like everybody is quite happy today! I know I am! I'm talking to a girl on MSN, I got a stereo system that plays CDs, tapes and LPs, Railroad Tycoon 3, a blue filter for my camera to take poics of my MRR, a new Recorder (I am a prodigy!), a CP script Atlas 2 bay coal hopper, a N scale BN 2 bay covered hopper, an N scale GN wood caboose, and a lot of other great stuff!
My pictures will stay the same quality, the K-1000 is a good camera, and I don't intend to replace it anytime soon!
Now I am going to back to playing my recorder to the music I have, and other stuff I do to avoid being lonely!

I see I'm the first in this morning. In suppose the rest of you are still sleeping in......(It's already 7:35 here, I'm practically wasting half the day!).

Things went very well with the module yesterday. I got some more of the plastering done, applying Woodland Scenics plaster cloth to some of the foam landforms and such. I want to get just a little bit farther yet, and then I'll set up for pics.

Dad and I are going to work on the backdrop today, and I hope to have that mounted by the end of the day. My other goal is to start Scratchbuilding the yard office, and I think I can get a good ways on it today.

Some of you know that Nora started a thread about 2 years ago called something like The Stupid Question Thread. (She has changed its name now to something like Bad Railroad Photos.) Well it got up to over 50 or 60 pages. It contained a ton of good questions and a wealth of extremely good info. However, she "thinks" it is time to let that thread die. [:(] [V] [:(!] [V] [:(]
Therefore, I have started, "The NEW and IMPROVED Question Thread." This thread is in the magazine forum, you know, the one just above this forum [;)] . So if you guys have a question about railroading please ask it in the new thread since Nora wants hers to die. [:(] [V] [:(] Many of you know of Ed, LC, Wabash1, IronKen, Randy V, and well, just too many guys to remember and post here. The old question thread was a "hit", I hope you guys will help me in making this new thread a hit too. Thanks for your help.

If you have a question about railroading you would like to ask but don't want to ask it in the forums you can email me. I will try and answer it for you by email or instant message.

Also I have some photos (about railroading) that I can not post in the forums. I have good reason about this. However, if you want to see a side of railroading you don't normally see, email me, I can show you some different things not normally seen by the average railfan. [:)] [8D] [;)] Noah, Max, Alec, and some others have already seen them. Plus if you want added to my email addy list ( I send out lots of neat stuff, some railroad related some not, but still funny and entertaining) then email me and I will add you.
