Just think of it as waiting in line. Besides, it's worth the wait. Have you ever tried downloading from UK Train-Sim? The server can only accomodate like 10 people!

I quit using that for just that reason a year ago. I depend on other means "Retail" add-ons for expansions of my computer collections.

Usually i just hit the Refresh button at the top of the page a few times and I get in. If not I come back 15 minutes later and I make it.

I know how you all feel, I hate the wait too. I find I can never get in between the hours of 5 am to 1 am, (I can only get in 4 hours a day!) But to be honest I think it is a small price to pay for getting all that FREE stuff!!! I mean, what do you expect? There are some really awesome, high quality add-ons that someone spent dozens, if not 100+ hours on so you can simply DL it and use it for free! Imagine if there was a user fee, even one dollar per DL. With all due respect, I also hate the wait but I don't complain about it either. Right now at the Train-sim web site they are saying one big problem they are having is people logging on conducting their DLs and closing the window, -not logging OFF. Even though you have closed the window you are still occupying an access node. I don't know how long it takes to reset but that is one thing we can all remeber to make the experience better. Also, no-one needs to DL every single new thing that comes out either, if people would DL what they need and get the hell off it would be 100 times better!

Ever since I paid for the First Class membership its been download heaven.
Although not everyone can or will pay for First Class so they are left to fight for the limited amount of nodes that are free.
I agree that people should download what they want and then log off because there are thousands of others wanting to access the library.
