LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT IN SHORTLINES.

I recently went to college to become a railroad conductor. Just before my graduation I was informed by CSXT that I would not be hired by them. This was due to the fact that I have a color vision defiency, HOWEVER I do have contact lenses that will correct my defiency.
What my question is : Does anyone know if there are any shortlines in the united states that are hiring that i would be qualified for.
