I am starting to landscape and detail the layout, to do this I have been buying artificial trees (coniferous and deciduous) but find this to be extremely expensive and not always giving me a good looking tree. Some very good articles have been written in Model Railroader regarding this. And I have been experimenting with Astilbe and Sedum with good results. So what are you using from the garden?
